2. The Programme
The Freedom Code group coaching programme consists of four live sessions on Zoom, one per week, each 60 minutes in duration. Maximum cohort size is eight participants. The investment is £797 per participant.
3. Booking and Payment
Full payment is required to secure your place on the programme. Places are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment details will be provided following your Clarity Call.
4. Cooling Off Period
As a consumer purchasing a service, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, provided the programme has not yet commenced. If you request that the programme begins within the 14-day cooling off period, you acknowledge that your right to a full refund may be affected proportionately to the services already delivered.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation more than 14 days before the programme start date: full refund.
- Cancellation within 14 days of the programme start date: no refund, but your place may be transferred to a future cohort at our discretion.
- Once the programme has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
- If The Freedom Code cancels a cohort, a full refund will be issued or your place transferred to a future cohort at your choice.
6. Scope of the Coaching Service
The Freedom Code provides coaching and NLP-based support. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice. Participants are responsible for their own decisions and outcomes. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek appropriate professional support.
7. Confidentiality
All personal information shared within sessions is treated as confidential. As a group programme, participants are asked to respect the confidentiality of other group members. Anything shared by other participants in the group should not be repeated outside the session.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, and content delivered as part of The Freedom Code programme are the intellectual property of The Freedom Code. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share programme content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Freedom Code's liability in respect of any claim arising from the programme is limited to the amount paid by the participant. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from participation in the programme.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
